hello,
I generally am not very active either. I do have 2 dogs and make sure they get fed and taken care of daily. I do have a husband to help, but he has some pain and depression issues of his own at the moment. I have severe chronic pain as well as problems with anxiety and depression as well as several other chronic problems.
These were mostly all caused by my chemo treatments for leukemia and my bone marrow transplant. It has just damaged my body beyond repair.
Anyway, other than being able to take each dog separately on very short walks on my very good days. I have to stay within view of my house when doing that as the heat makes me so ill and I also have problems breathing in the cold. I do enjoy watching old and newer series crime shows and comedies on both regular cable as well as netflix. I also enjoy reading greatly. I sometimes have problems holding the books and I will prop them up, and they are all large print.
I did used to enjoy counted cross stitch very much, but now I cannot concentrate on It or manage to hold it and do it because of the pain.
I do PT at home when I can. I do go shopping on very short trips. I have a driver and they have to help me with all lifting, loading and unloading. There are times I have to walk out of the place or just find a way to sit down. Being without a/c is impossible for me. When I am having A bad day and we need supplies I will send my 20 year old son alone with a detailed list. He lives with my husband and I as well as my 21 yr old son. The youngest is more responsible.
I hope some of this helps. I do read many forums, but I don't post all that often.

Hi Trudy,
Thank you for sharing with the group :) its very appreciated. I do hope that you've been feeling a bit better than usual <3
So :) propping books for a read, Netflix, time with your doggies, p.t, and getting a driver is a great idea so that you can go out for errands. All great ideas :) thank you for posting*
