It is helpful to know that I am not alone, but I wish none of us had to deal with the hardship of getting the medicine prescribed by our doctors. It's bad enough being ill! I feel we are being prayed upon by the insurance and pharma companies, it's almost like we all need an advocate to fight for us. They wear you down and many of us cannot continue to constantly fight for ourselves.

We (my wife & I) fall in the middle. Not poor enough to qualify for any kind of assistance - financial or medical, and not wealthy, period!! If they looked at our expenses, including our prescription drug expenses, they would see they we don't have enough income to get by. We are always borrowing money or not buying enough food just so I can get all of my meds, especially the pain meds. I am getting sick of peanut butter!!!
