hi there. yeah insomnia. taken everything out there. and once was on 1200mg of seroquel a night. with pain and insomnia 2 tips i find helpful. bed time at bed time. strict. before bed time, an hour, start winding down. if you just turn the idiot box or computer off and jump in your brain is still in awake mode. talk with a naturapath or herbalist. some things, naturally can be harmful with certain meds. keep well. many healing thoughts. get the brain in sleep mose. tur lights off and or down an hour before bed. keep bedroom dark. something i don't like. melatonin in ya body works best at keeping you asleep when dark. i live with sleep maintence insomnia, hard to go to sleep, and suddenly awake. a whole lot of other stuff as well. keep well. many healing thoughts.
