Limb Pain Caused By Vitamin D Deficiency?

I've been taking lyrica for two months, so if I do have fibro, I'm really concerned about my ability to have it treated.

I was given the 50,000 IU pills, which I'll be taking once a week. I don't see why it wouldn't be D3, but I'll check.
