Good morning to all. I am new to this forum but not new to CP forums. I have frequented pain forums for many years and recently stumbled across yours and have been "lurking" for awhile and liked what I saw here. You all seem to be a very caring and widely experienced group of folks and appear to disagree with class! What a change this will be. I applaud each of you for your tactfuleness it is certainly refreshing to see keeping in mind each of us is dealing with issues that can at times make us less then agreeable.

I hope to fit in nicely here and am looking forward to taking advantage of your vast experiences and hoping that I as well may be able to help some of you in some way as time passes.

Here is wishing each of you a peaceful and painfree Sunday and thank you for making room for one more!

Hi, Nvrthesame. Welcome to the group. I found this site several months ago and felt just like you - the people seemed so caring and helpful that I broke down and joined my first ever internet chat site! yeah

Your user name says it all - the pain just changes everything, doesn't it? You've come to the right place for support and friendship, though. It has made a world of difference to me to have people to talk to who truly know what I'm going through.

I am Lindaloo and I welcome you to the chronic pain forum. I agree with your observation of our well experienced and very caring group. They are the best people, for sure!!

Let me add my welcome to everyone above and the others who will follow. You're very right this group is different - at least that's been my experience. And a lot of that I think is due to the way this forum is organized, and our wonderful moderators (Chutz and now Lindaloo!). They're mainly supportive, but help us correct course on occasion when it's needed!

Let me also add I see from your other post you've already offered some wonderful assistance to another member. Sorry I didn't catch you were new on that thread.

Thanks so much for the very warm welcome! I would have gotten back here sooner but was so busy reading all the threads and learning a little about each of you. I am not at all surprised however at this welcome since the begining of my lurking I saw a very warm and caring community.

I also noticed how tactful the Mods were as well as they actually join in the threads here! Most sites you only hear from them when things have gone south!! Being reprimended always goes down easier from a friend then a stranger dont you think?

Thanks again all of you and am looking forward to all of your experiences and resources for sure.

P.S. I will attempt a signature line here shortly so that others can get a glimpse of my life in a line I guess. It helps me to see what others have been thru and are trying or have tried in this battle.

Hi Nvrthesame! Glad you have decided to join our little family. Mods her don't do much reprimanding...lol...we're just part of the gang like everyone else. We just help keep the dust off the shelves. Glad you like what you see...

   yeah Welcome to the neighborhood! I've only been here a few months myself and this was my first ever chat site experience. I made the right choice and so have you.

Welcome nvr!! You're right, it's a great bunch as I have found out in the past few mths. And BTW, Gramps...I have class(Muzz says as she picks her nose) LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL nvr, I am the only serious one in this whole bunch, as u will learn!! yeah
