Tom,
You can e-mail one of our moderators - Chutz or LIndaloo - directly if they don't answer your question in a day or two.
I was actually thinking about how we might utilize the newer md rating systems that are starting to emerge. One is ratemd.com and there are others starting. I think angie's list is starting a doctor's sections. It would be, I think, extremely useful for us to begin adding our doc's (good, bad and in-between ones) to these lists. Not posting to those forums, but the actual ratings. I've just begun exploring ratemds and I see it's fairly new, and you can add your doc's name, and not only rate on a 5 point scale, but add comments. The nice thing they appear to do is have people who review comments (sort of like our moderators here) so that people can't just spout out a bunch of negative words. The comments I read about some of the docs in my area were quite thoughtful. And there's a category for pain docs (and other specialties). So you and I are a little on the same wave length with this.
Again, I don't know if mentioning these sites violates the rules. As far as I can tell it doesn't, because I have no financial connection whatsoever. But some of the sites have forums and that might be competition for HW resources. So I'll wait to see what feedback Chutz or Lindaloo give.
