Hey all, does anyone know how Gramps is doing?

He is still dealing with incompetent doctors. His new primary care provider gave him a referral with "somatoform behavior" as one of the diagnoses (which is saying there is no organic cause that they can find so it must be in his head), yeah, whatever.

His mom also recently passed. Unfortunately, it happened while he was at CC undergoing more tests by more incompetent doctors. He is feeling discouraged.

Hey thank you for the update. Gramps is one of the more experienced and knowledgeable CPers on here, not to mention a pretty helpful guy. When I need advice, he is pretty much someone that I would rely on. I know that he has had a lot issues with his local hospital and their mishandling and deceptive behavior regarding the MRSA infection that he acquired. It's really too bad that his mother passed on, and I give my condolances and well wishes. As far as his primary care provider goes, Gramps knows what he has to do and how to deal with it. Anyways, Thanks for the update.

I was looking the other day for some really excellent advise gramps had given me in the past, but cant find it anywhere?????

Does anyone else have this problem??????

Hello All,

Gramps, as Mochiah posted, is still dealing with his pain and his loss of his Mother.  He is on another site and I know he has freinds that he emails with so be assured he is still receiving support, just no longer a member here.

Thank you Kitt, you said it perfectly. I did not want to reveal too much, especially without asking him, and also I was not sure if it would be deleted because he is no longer a member.
