My Goal Tomorrow: Pain Journal

I printed out Chutzie's Pain Journal on Neon Yellow card stock. I'm going to work
it. It will help me.
Could this be the Pain Journal thread. We could compare notes on how much it
helps and if we really do it or just say we're gonna do it.
