Kayla,
I told you most of what I did on the other thread, but I did have the boot that you wear to bed for awhile. Not sure if it helped. I did stretches, PT, and the PT had my foot in some kind of tank filled with some kind of large seeds (I know, sounds weird) and they would massage my foot. But like I said in the end what got rid of it for me was losing about 20 lbs,. I did that after I had tried everything (except injections) and read somewhere a list of possible causes and one was weight gain. I'm not an athlete so I know it wasn't that, but I had slowly gained extra weight. And like I also said, it's coming back now - especially when I first get out of bed - and I think it's mostly the weight gain.
I've had a lot of injections in my back which never helped, but did have cortisone injections in my hands for trigger fingers. They were very painful but after the third the problem went away. I'm not sure how effective they are for foot issues. Might be worth looking into.
