Rhonda,

Just checking on you. I have not seen any posts from you in the last couple of days and was wondering how you are. I know you were short medicaton and having some problems. If you are up to it, please post and let us know how you are. Hugs,

I too was wondering how you are doing. The 9th will be here in 4 more days, I know when your in withdrawals the miniutes pass by like hours. Well please just drop us a line and atleast let us know your still with us, even if it's just a little 'hello'.

I am not doing good at all...I have been in bed..sweating, puking, just all around feeling like I want to die.  I know that Thursday ia not that far away...but it might as well be another month.  It has been so hard.  I really wish I had someting to take...The pain is unbearable and the WD's are worse...I want..need Help...

I'm so sorry for all you're going through. I know you've tried calling your doctor's office, but if I were you I might try calling one more time tomorrow morning, explaining your symptoms, and ask if there's just something that they could give you to help with withdrawals until Thursday.

I know you don't want to go to the E.R. I don't blame you, BUT with your other health conditions if this gets any worse please reconsider that. At least keep yourself safe. They can check your BP and such, and maybe give you something for withdrawals.

The one thing you can be proud of is not doing what you had toyed with. That has taken a lot of fortitude; give yourself some credit for that, despite how lousy you feel physicially. At least you can be proud of that.

Three more days.

I have been wondering about you too. I am so glad you posted. I am sorry you are having such a hard time. I think anyone who was in your shoes would have a hard time. I am thinking about you. You know that we all care about you. You only have 3 more days. I know it seems so far away. But you will make it. You can do this. Bless your heart. I really do feel for you. I do hope that when you go to the appt. on the 9th, that you tell the doctor how horrible of a time that you had being forced to go through the withdrawls with nothing to help you get through it. You are one tough cookie. You are almost there. Post or vent any time. We are here to listen and offer a shoulder, if you need one. It sounds like you need a good soft hug.

Rhonda please call your dr tomorrow. Perhaps if you talk to the nurse one more stinking time someone will have a little compassion. Ask about suppositories for the puking. If nothing else when you see the dr this week I would really let him have it about this business. Hang in there, we are pulling for you.

Hi. I don't post a lot but I have been following and I just want to say that I know that it feels like forever, but you are so very strong for getting so far already. I am praying for you...that you have more strength and that this time goes by fast.

Like I've said before if you need someone to just come over and talk to you. Or just to sit with you just holler. I'm only 20 miles away.
I hate having to know you are going through this and I'm so close.

Me, I am thinking about you. I am wondering how you are doing. I am worried about you. The 9th is only 2 more days. It is getting closer. You have almost made it. Hang in there!!! Please post and let us know you are okay. I am so sorry you have been made to suffer like this. It is so wrong... We all care deeply about you. We are here for you. Please let us help....Laurie offered to come see you. It is wonderful that she is that close to you. I know she has her arms and heart wide open. Make the call...Let her check in on you...

Hello everyone...Thanks for thinking about me.  Not only have I been in pain and dealing with the WD's but this morning I spent a good part of 2 hours in the bathroom puking....Now I have a stomach virus.  What the Hell else is going to happen?  I know that the 9th is only a day and a half away...and I know that I will feel much better after I go to the pharmacy...But, unfortunatley the office visit won't be one of those in and out ones...I have to get Supartz injected in my knees and some other things done that day...I wish I could just go in and say "yes, yes, ok, see ya next month".

Thursday will be my favorite day from now on....So, thanks for all of your thoughts...I know I have been a whiny, selfish, bratty person for the past few weeks.  But, I swear this will never happen again. Ever, for any reason.  From now on my pills will be locked in a safe in the bottom of my closet...and I will take the advice and only keep a few days worth on my person at a time. 

I actually feel ok today...other then the pain.  I still had a few left for the last days before appt. so I am ok.

Thanks Dear...It is really nice that you are so close.  Believe me, if I had felt better I would have had you come over.  Maybe we can get together sometime soon...maybe have lunch?  I know that I have been a PILL lately...and I wouldn't have been able to get through any of this without the helpof my family at HW...Especially YOU.  If you ever need me, for anything, I am always just a phone call away.

Thursday is soooo close.  I really hope nothing hapens at the appt.  I have had nightmares of them telling me that I can't take anything for pain ever again....I'm not sure what reason they gave me, but that would suck!!  So, wish me luck that it goes well...

We WILL have lunch when you get through this ordeal. 

It it 100% ok to be a pill or a pain in the butt when you are going through this turmoil!!!! 

Thursday is coming right around the corner and by the time friday gets here you will be on the road to your well being....

And yes I will call you whenever I need you also.  I'm just happy we will so close...

Rhonda, the day is getting closer. WOW, you are one strong lady.

After I had surgery on both of my knees in 04, I did the Supaartz injections in my knees. I need both replaced but I am not ready yet. It took a long time for me to tell that the injections helped but they did. It has bought me a little more time. I tore up one knee ten days post-op plus the Remicade infusions for the crohns slowed my healing time down to a crawl. My ortho wanted me off of it for awhile before surgery, but gi said he was not sure if it would affect the healing or not cause no patient of his had surgery while on Remicade.
