Hey I hope you can hit paydirt. I have a list of drs for you but will warn you, they are in New york City. I know the drive is not what you what. However, if you can find a good dr there, then its worth it right. I need to email these to you, I am not comfortable putting them here on the forum and it its way too much typing, lots of info on these drs. Need an email address even if can make up a temp one to get this list to you.

I can't thank you enough!!!  I  appreciate so much the time and effort you have put into helping me.  At this point, I think I'd drive to the end of the earth for a good doctor.  I will certainly let you know how I make out!
