hello all

i have been reading every post here in cp for a year but havent posted until yesterday. i feel i know everyone here very well. its a great web site.

i wont be able to have the surgeries to remove the hardware or correct the upper back because of the heart attack i had in march, i only have 30% of my heart functioning and no one will take that risk, even me :)

Hi Mike, It was me you posted to yesterday. I want to welcome you here to the forum. And you were right when you say that it is a great place. It most certainly is. I am sorry to hear the pain you are in. And that you can't have the surgery to correct the problem. I wish you the best.

Hi Mike

I am sorry that they can not do the surgery, it sure sounds like you're having a rough time of it!.  But You have come to the right place, as I'm sure you know, we might not be able to really help you get fixed up, but we sure will give you support and a listening ear! I am glad that you finally decided to post, welcome to our family here on the CP forum. I hope that you will post often an get actively get involved in all our forums threads.

I am also so sorry to hear of what you're struggling with. As White Beard said, we may not be able to fix your body, but this is a great place for the mind and the spirit!

Do heating pads help,? Is your heart going to get any better?

Hi Mike, I saw your first post on another person's post. I started a thread for you so we could get you out here for everyone to eyeball and say hi to lol. I do hope you will hang out with us here.

I just cannot imagine what you are dealing with in the pain dept. Bad hardware is an awful thing to have to put up with.

Again, just wanted to pop by and say hi. Please keep posting and let us know whats going on.
