Thanks for the article. I know we think we know about the medications we take, whether over the counter or Rx. I can see where is would be so easy to make an simple mistake that could cause a very serious situation. That's for posting this reminder. We take so much of this for granted = but we really to need to read it over again and again for a refresher. We all take so much medication that is would be easy for one of these accidents to happen.
