I'm going to think up a name for them all.
On a serious note, This has probably been the first time I have viewed this fusion in a humorous way, it seems to have taken away some of its power over me, so I'm going to name them all and laugh
Thanks all, thats made a big difference to me

Now that's cool, Shanno! And interesting - sort of diffusing their power some.
You go girl!

haha no worries.
Actually, funny story, as we all know once we become familiar with our diseases we tend to abbreviate, you know, AS, RA, Anky Spond etc.
Well, The word Sacroiliac for me is an annoying word which i sometimes mispronounce and/or roll off the tongue so I tended to just refer to them as my 'Sacs'. Needless to say I got a few strange looks and giggles when I was asked if I was in pain one day. All the people around me heard me say 'Nah its just my sac. Its playing up and sore again'
If slang is different in other countries, here in Aust 'Sac' refers to ones scrotum
I have now followed the lead of my Physio and started calling them my 'EssEyeJays' to prevent further confusion and/or speculation about
the status of my nether regions

LOL! Shanno I believe the reference would hold here in the states, too!

Yes I thought it would
As my doctor says, you need to laugh about
these things don't you? and it actually feels pretty good to be able to. and, yes at the moment as I am sitting at my desk at work my sac is sore :) I would be glad if this post makes a few other sufferers of pain laugh as well, that would make my day
