Hey Jeffro the list on this could get pretty extensive lol. But here is a few things; taking up a hobby within your restrictions to divert your mind from the pain, hot tub soaks in apple cider vinegar or Epson salts very good for muscular pain, if heat helps, make moist heat packs in the microwave, moist heat is better than dry, stay as active as possible, laying around doing nothing destroys muscles, strength and overall stamina, meditation, relaxation cd's or tapes, learn how to accept you will never be totally pain free again, set small goals for yourself and be kind to your body. Lets see what the others have to say.
