Tina!
You are NOT a downer. Trust me. I have known perfectly healthy women who have gone through the pregnancy process and they really WERE downers. You are NOT. So get those thoughts out the door! They just don't apply to you!
Ugh, I am so sorry you got the flu! Did your boys just start school? My girls started a month ago and have brought home a stomach flu and cold in only 4 weeks time. It really frustrates me because so many parents will drop their kids off at school knowing they have a fever and aches. What I hear most often is "I have to work". Ugh. What we really need are more mothers like you. You always put your children ahead of yourself. You are constantly giving 110% of yourself to love and care for everyone around you.
Oh gosh. I cannot believe the big day is almost here! You will have to be sure to post pictures right away! We will want to see their little button noses as soon as possible!
...also, I do not know if I am reading more into this or not. But it seemed like you were frustrated about needing IV meds while you are pregnant? I wanted you to know I had to have emergency surgery while I was 4 month pregnant with my oldest daughter. I was put on heavy meds IV and muscle relaxers and pain meds for 2 weeks after. I spent the entire time worried I had some how harmed my little baby bird. No matter what the doctors told me I didn't and would'nt believe them until I saw her and was sure she was okay. She was of course. My worry was for nothing. If I had thought about it logically at the time, I could have saved myself a lot of worry. There was nothing that I could do. I HAD to have the meds. It is the same with you. You HAD to get the medicines. No two ways about it. Your doing a GREAT job! I dare anyone to say other wise!
You are ALWAYS in our prayers here.
*warm hugg*
