Hey there Radles,

Wow, you are the second person in 24 hours that i've found is from Australia.
Last night I chatted with a lady from QLD.

I only get very temporary pain relief unfortunately but at least that's something.
I take Nurofen Plus every day x 4 and I'm sure it will be doing damage to my internal bitz an pieces.
I have no choice though. It's the only thing that helps apart from the meds I take at night now.
The Neurontin (Gabapentin) and Rivotril (Clonazepam) turn me into a zombie so I can only use them in the day if I know
that I can just 'do nothing' basically. Those are very rare days :+(
I will see an Osteopath tomorrow, for the first time in my life. Not sure what to expect but I thought I'd give it a go
before I book in for spinal injections. One can only hope :+)

Thanks for making yourself know to me! I'm glad I saw your post.
I hope you get some relief from what ever you have going on.
