UD, Don't worry about your post length! I just wanted to say your post is very short and do not worry about your post length. Were talking about...
"quoting" or posting extremely lengthy posts off-topic. 10 - 15+ paragraphs and quoting 10 - 15+ paragraphs in a single reply or post. Just highlight the parts you want to talk about instead of "quoting" whole post of a topic.
Topics over three pages just need to start a "New continue topic" to keep talking about the same subject.
If you quote a medical report. Just "highlight" a bit that is relevant and post a link so someone can read the full report in length.
When you see "SPAM" or a topic against forum rules, send email or alert. Don't reply. It will be deleted or edited in the end. There is no need to reply. A Moderator will get to the SPAM or violation and delete it.
You are fine! No worry! We want to support one another through the many aspects of chronic illness! Mental, emotional, social, physical, financial... But at times we just need to be reminded to do little things to help the forum run smoothly.
*warm hugg*
