wow, THAT was an experience...i don't know if i was more mortified or RELIEVED that the opposing counsel AND the stenographer were shocked at the appearance of my foot/leg...my husband told me beforehand to just 'drop my foot on the table and say, 'any questions?', and i told HIM, 'i'm not capable of dropping my foot anywhere!'...seriously, what i require is zero-gravity...

ah, smurfy...these lawyers can be a boon or a bane...kinda like the doctors, right?...i'm wishing you lotsa luck...from your one line post, i'm feeling you're in a crap position, too....even MINUS the pain...
