I need to find ways to deal with pain ?

  I hope the weather gets nicer soon !I find the grey sky ,cold weather  seems to cause more pain ? I really need to start getting out more .Last dr appointment ,Ialso went for haircut  ect.It was a long day ,on the ride in Iwas whincing in pain!I  noticed Idont have engery to  things Iuse to but everytime I try the pain gets worse ?I'm worried ,I'm getting so out of shape ,it scares me !I can see the illness and pain has take a toll on my life ,infact Ifeel Iknow longer have much of a life ,due to the pain !Ido hope  surgery is successful !Iwent  for tests and have an ultra sound test soon,If you miss the appointment which Inever do !!Its $100. fine! take care everyone ,
