Good morning Sarrah!
Yes...many of the pharmacy's seem to wrongly identify patients with scripts for CP and treat them differently. I might make a suggestion, and that would to be start some doucumetation each time this happens. Keep record of it, when it happens, who was involved (Service Person's name Plate). If it continues, you will have a record of the frequency and who was involved in the poor service.
I'm thinking there would be someone to complain to, but it slips my mind at the moment, but i'm sure one of the other members will know who that may be.
I too have had that problem with one of the service girls where I pick up my scripts. She wispers to the other girls there when I come in and has her nose up in the air all of the time. However, when she is not there I'm treated just fine.
One other thing you might consider is have you're Dr's office call and complain that several of their patients are complaining of service problems.
Take care!
