Mother's Day is such a hard day for me. As a lot of you know, I have been pregnant three times, the last one being twins, so a total of four babies. I lost them all before they got to grow to full term. May 16 is Jesse's birthday and May 18 is Daniel's birthday. This month is just hard all around. You know, the hurt never goes away when you lose a child. I've heard so many people say that, and it's certainly true. Those of you that pray, could you pray for me today? I'm so blessed to have you all here to support me. I love you all, and I hope you're all having a low pain day.

        Hello Loretta!

            I can see where today might be a tough day for a mother as they reflect on the loss of a child. It's quite ok to do so.

    The great thing about this forum is that we are willing to support all who ask, and the members do that well here. As a father and one who has not experienced this, I'm at a loss for words, but my heart goes out to you with the deepest of care.

I am so sorry for the babies you lost, and I can certainly imagine how tough today must be for you.

I can believe you when you say the hurt never goes away. Even myself, today, i am away from my family

and i find it very difficult. So my heart goes out to you my friend.

I love the names you chose. May you always keep these babies close to your heart

Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers Loretta.

We're all here for you hon. It's ok to cry.

Loretta,

You've been in my thoughts today.  I wish I had the "right" words to say...but I can just tell you that I care and that I'm so sorry for the losses you've endured.,.. and, you are right - I don't think that hurt ever goes away.

I know your angel babies are looking down on their momma today.  I will pray for you, of course.

Loretta. I'm sorry that yesterday was such a difficult one for you, and you have my deepest sympathies sgon your lost babies. I can't even begin to imagine how deep that hurt runs.

my dear Loretta

i am so sorry about the loss of your babies. i have placed you on our prayer chain and I prayed for you to. The day has 1 1/2 hours left and just try to hold together. I hope you get restful sleep tonight.

Loretta, I am so sorry that this day makes you so sad. I worked in NICU and Well Baby Nursery for years and truely believe that babies pass so God can make his Angels. That is why every newborn looks like an angel. Think of all of the Angel Babies that take care of you. I know it's not the same as having them in your arms but you will be with them for eternity one day. I still wish you Happy Mother's Day to a woman willing to love babies enough to keep trying. God will send you a child to love whether your own or a baby that just needs your love and gentleness.

Thank you all so much. It helps to know that you're all here for me. Today is almost over in 15 minutes. I can say that I'm not sorry that it's almost gone. I hope that all the ladies here that are moms on this earth have had a wonderful Mothers Day. Maybe one day I will have a child to celebrate this day with. I do love all children, so sometimes it feels like they're mine too. You all take care, and I hope you're having a low pain night and are able to get good rest.

Hi Loretta...

I thought about you today.  I'm glad today is over, too.  I've been in bed sick all day - it never fails.  I had to go to ER on Friday night w/ my blood pressure and I've just felt lousy ever since.  Anyway, hope you are resting tonight and I'll chat w/ you more tomorrow.

Oh Tina. I'm sorry that you're feeling so lousy. I hope you're feeling better by now. It's 2:30am here. I took my sleep meds only a half hour ago. The time slipped up on me. I hope you're able to sleep and that you have a better day later today. It seems like your blood pressure goes up pretty easily. I hope it's down to a more normal now. You take care. I also hope you're having a low pain night.

Thanks, Loretta.... This is just a part of the ups/downs of my health.  My back is killing me from having to be in bed all day.... and, of course, I hated missing today w/ my kiddos :(  Chronic health/pain stuff robs us of many things.  Anyway, I still can't sleep... but I hope your meds kick in soon and you get some rest!!

Tina. It looks like there would be a med that the doctor could give you that would help you sleep, but not too deep, so you could get up and fee the girls. ((((((hugs))))) for you.
