OT, but have to get it out~

My ex-husband and father of my boys is a con artist I swear! He called me a month ago, sad and upset about being homeless, having no money, his whole $31.85 a week in child support is too much money for him to pay, and because of all this he can't see his children. Then I see on Facebook that the bugger has a home, has a computer, and is working for over $14 an hour at a company 5 minutes away from our home! I do know that he will be in serious trouble when the county finds his new address, that he didn't update his employment, and there is a warrant out for his arrest for driving without insurance. He has no license, and has a new girlfriend. Yay for him.

So I now am taking him back to court for more child support. What he pays doesn't even cover food for one for a week, let alone bills, clothes, copays, medications, shoes, and the stuff they want. Thank goodness for my fiance or we would have nothing.

I took pity on him long enough and he lied! He is such an idiot to miss out on these handsome, wonderful boys he made. I can say I got the best part of him in them.

On a side note, I love Facebook! People are never so stupid as when they post their business on there.

Good for you for finding out what you did. I have no use for dead beat fathers or mothers when it comes to this issue .My kids dad was a dead beat their entire life, never paid CS except for one year. He lived in another state and back then it was very difficult if they were out of state to get anything done. He also never had an interest in seeing his kids either, him and his family divorced the kids when I divorced him. His loss not mine. Of course now that they are grown they know what a slime ball he really is. I never said anything bad about him while they were young because I knew when they got older they would see him as the low life he really is. My husband is more of a father to them than he could ever fathom being, they call him dad and as far as they are concerned he is their dad. He is the one that has and always will be there for them no matter what. My husbands only regret is he never adopted them but its like the kids told him a last name means nothing.

Keep us posted on how this pans out Mindy. I am shocked at what his child support is set at for two children what a rip off. That isn't lunch money for school!!!!
