Here's a recall I got in my email. I had to immediately let you all know.

Thanks Loretta...this is my pump, so will talk to my doctor and see if I have cause for concern.

You didn't post the complete link - the actual page is HERE

It just warns patients with these pumps - The Synchromed II - 8637 - to carry their ID cards at all times and to contact their physicians immediately if they hear their pump alarm or have any return of symptoms.

Your welcome Laura. I checked your link and it didn't work either, so I redid it again and checked it. It now works. It thought someone might want to read the whole thing.

I've fixed my link - and if anyone else has a Synchromed II and wants to check their pump serial number, there is a form HERE for doing so.
