Should I go to ER?

Hi all... Been is such pain for a couple weeks now... My hip really bad and these past few day my back is excruciating again... Wakes me up outta dead sleep. I have only been getting 2-3 hrs sleep for about 2 weeks now. My current meds (45mg ms contin) is not coming close to helping... I have an appointment with my dr on the 12th (I think), but that's still a week away... And I am considering going into the ER... This is not something I do lightly since I have No insurance... But if I do go, will they treat me since I had to sign a contract with my Dr?
Just tired of hurting and not sleeping. Nothing helps, tried just about everything....

Call your Pain Management Doctor's office and see if they have an opening
if not ask to be on the cancellation lists so they might get you in sooner, sweet
talking them, might help...but try to get into your doctor, exhaust that
route first, they will Possibly treat you very bad
or badly at the ER. You can go even on a pain contract but you do have to report it
back to your Pain management doctor...call and see what Hospital your
PM Doctor has previligous at and go to that Hospital ER if you need to
go to an ER that way they contact your doctor...and remember to report the
ER visit within 24 hours of going or that will void your PM contract...
Go if it's truly really bad...
