Retired Mom,
I'm so glad the link was helpful. For the benefit of others, here it is again:
www.backpain-guide.com/Chapter_Fig_folders/Ch06_Path_Folder/4Radiculopathy.htmlI've found it helpful for myself as well for it reflects very well the range of my pain and scoliosis. But keep in mind that it is a generic map and according to my PT, who I greatly admire, it is sort of an average and people do vary.
I'm glad I checked the board this morning as I'm now having my morning coffee and then am off to the airport to visit my family in Toronto for a few days. My father has been doing better lately and this might be the first time in a decade where we can really talk for more than just a few minutes before he shuts down from pain.
I'm also, eagerly, flying first-class... burning up a lot of frequent flyer miles to do so, but as I'm sure many on this board have experienced, coach is agony. Too bad I can't partake of the free booze -- but a seat where I can actually let my body relax into will make a huge difference for my pain levels.
I might be online again during my stay. Otherwise, I'll be back Thursday.
Wishing everyone well.
Cogito.
