i had x-rays today

I had x-rays done today of my lower spine and coccyx. ad my shoulder ..the doc felt my foccyx and it felt loose to her so maybe these x-rays will give some new answers God I hope so ...I will update when I hear from my doc...the back x-rays were in laying position I don't think I have had x-rays done in this position before that I can recall...thank for listening

Badreflux were these just plain film x-rays not MRI's? If these were plain film they will show fractures, breaks, arthritis, muscle spasms and that sort of thing. These will not be as definitive as an MRI. It will be interesting to see how the xray of the coccyx comes out. Keep us posted....Susie

yes these we just plain Jane x-rays...I am.getting to the end of my rope on dealing with this and not having a reason when I KNOW something is wrong ...I am still going to ask for a referal to the neurosurgens even if this xray dosent show anything and I am thinking they will want a updated MRI and maybe do someother tests to get some answers...hope everyone is having as painfree of a day as possable
