Just read snowbunny's post, I didn't know pregnancy was an issue here. In that case, she's hit the nail on the head, ALL medications need to be ran by the OB before taking anything. Topical ointments should be ok, but besides that, you really need to check with the doc for the safety of the baby. On another note, certain areas tend to increase in size during pregnancy that can cause a serious strain on the neck and back, make sure you're wearing the propper supportive undergarments, an increase in your "chest size" can cause a lot of problems.
Yup, unfortunately, pregnancy can possibly be blamed for all of the problems Snowbunny listed, but the important thing is to make sure that it is the pregnancy, and not something else causing them. Like I said, I don't know the whole back story here, but my ex-wife, and both of my brother's wifes experienced (one is currently experiencing) all those things as part of the whole pregnancy package. My ex-wife had such tremendous pain from the (chest growing" thing, her OB ended up giving her a topical ointment with 40% tramadol in it.
The heartburn, that SB mentioned, the less food you have in your stomach, the better, try eating smaller portions more frequently, and make sure you're constantly sipping on water all day long for hydration.
I'm not sure if any of that stuff will help you, it's some of the basic stuff from different pregnancy books. You could also look into free pregnancy classes, my ex and I did that, and got tons of free stuff (stroller, car seat, clothes, diaper bags, and a crib) for attending the full course.
If you have not seen an OB yet, you really need to, if you can't afford one, and you live in the US, look up WIC, they usually have an NP in the office, and they can help get you into an OB. Good luck, and I hope you get some of these issues resolved. Take care, and God bless.
Ps, what I said before about ibuprofen, Biiiig no-no with pregnancy without a doctor's permission. No NSAIDs at all (ibuprofen, advil, aleve, ect.) without a doctor's say so.
