Thanks for your input. I have discussed the iron infusions w/ my doctor.... because I would love to get them and see if it makes an improvement. I'm totally blanking right now why he wasn't for the infusions w/ me and want me to have a complete transfusion.... but I do think I'm going to explore this avenue again.

I've had numerous transfusions by now - and I'm just over it. I'm sorry that you, too, have suffered w/ anemia - especially, as you said, being a young guy :(
