So much pain :(

Hi there. Well my radio frequency denervation on my facet joints was almost a month ago. My pain was this little pressure point that u could put ur finger on, it ached & throbbed. I'm happy to say that this pain decreased after the treatment. My lower back is still extremely sore, I guess this pain is due to the disc herniation, bone spur etc. my leg pain lately is unbelievable. This started in may (the weekend I turned 40) in my knees. Now the pain goes down both legs & right to the top of my foot. It throbs & aches so much I can't sleep at all. My legs also feel really shaky & weak when I go down stairs. I was doing well mentally for a while - accepting that I am going to have this pain for life, but lately I feel on the verge of another complete breakdown. Does anybody have this same type of leg pain? That the hell is it???

Yes, I do, its caused for me by dying nerves, and at this point for me the said they could do a nerve and muscle tissue biopsey which could also leave me paralyzed, that to find the cause for me is totally out of the question.
You might want to consider seeing a neurologist for contrast mri's and maybe emg testing. Also maybe look into asking your pcp for a complete blood work up for maybe RA, asthat can also cause joint pain. Just dont give up the answers you seek are out there, just stay with it.
