A kitchen drawer must have . . . medium size channel locks. Not only do they open those gallon milk bottles, they can peel off those half plastic ez open foil tops inside. Plus many other uses that you'll find for them once you've. got 'em . . . Q

I love this thread...

Let me see.... I will never go to "Another bloomin' festival" again. (Yep, that is the real name of it.). It wasn't exactly what I had hoped for.....too many people with no manners, too many people selling too much junk for too high prices, and too darn many tree trunks to break your neck falling over.

I think I'll stick to the enjoyment of NOT going in the future...lol. I can use the money I would have wasted to buy something worthwhile....like my meds or gas for my car to get to and from Dr apts....lol

And for all who enjoy the crowds and the merriment of festivals...enjoy some for me :)

smilewinkgrin hey do any of u have kids young enough for Barbi dolls?!! I got my daughter a doll and it took not only scissors but a knife as well to get her outta the danged box! I was like what the .......?!!! Its like she's a prisoner on a flight to sing-sing and they don't want er to try to escape and jump out ta the plane.HER HAIR WAS TIED IN THREAD BY THREAD!!! with plastic and to add insult to injury tape. It was absurd. There were plastic like bred ties attached to every limb.what has Barbie been up to?clearly I'm not cut out for it. I kinda accidentally on purpose tore her head off.thank god it went back on.sheeew.close one.icgirl

Apparently so. But I cured her right up. Y'all should a seen me rippin and tear in that sucker up. All the while my kids like you're gonna break her mom you're gonna break her and I'm like Precisely.I've never been violent but I swear SHE STARTED IT!!! She shoulda just complied and came out peacefully. icgirl.

Just wait....next thing you will e saying is I will never buy a Barbie with shoes again! Those darn shoes are always somewhere unexpected like the floor, where you step on the high heels in the middle of the night in the dark and then move so quickly to get off the painful thing that you stump your toe and break the darn thing.

The only thing the kids will say to you lying in floor writhing in agony from stepping on the darn Barbie shoe is that you broke it! How dare you break Barbie's shoe!

I finally got smart and either super glued the shoes on or then the darn things away at the time the package was opened.

And......never, never, never walk through a little girl's room who is into jackstones without serious shoes on. They make Barbie shoes seem like a massage....lol.

Oh retired. My kid luvs em both. And OMG are ya so right about those so stupid shoes! My kids Barbies (you know the ones with heads still on em)never have shoes.I find them everywhere foot first all the stupid time. And jacks and balls? Ha! Those are only bought by my ex in laws because they wwish me so well.sarcasism anyone? I think people who have never actually had a child invented them.Maybe I should think about gluing her shoes and her head back on.she's probably gonna need it.I should run out and buy some glue.you just reminded me she went with them for egg huntin today. God only knows what fresh torture she'll pack home.oh no poor me...
