I think my husband has had it with my back pain

I really do agree that what your husband said was most likely out of frustration at the situation. My husband and I have been married for 21 years and have both been there for each other through surgeries and pain. My husband gets just as frustrated. He doesn't say anything to me, but I can tell when the mood is coming.

We have talked at length about our situation and we know that neither of us are going anywhere. I would take his comment as he takes his marriage vows very seriously and would not leave.

My husband and I are going through a rough patch right now, both financially and physically. But it really makes it a bit easier to deal with knowing that no matter what, he will not leave me.

I hope that when your husband comes home again that he will apologize for the comment made to you. I am sure that he regretted it the second it came out of his mouth, but sometimes the mouth doesn't connect with the brain fast enough, LOL. This is what my husband has said to me after saying something that he did not mean. I just hope that you can talk about it and that when you do it makes you feel better. Hopefully talking to him will reassure you that you are loved and you are worth everything you put him through.
