changing time on your post

I just posted, and the time is 5 hours behind my time. Do you all know how to change it? I know I've been here for a long time, but I have no idea. It's so confusing. Thanks

Click on 'my profile' which is right next to the log off button (top left by the title of this post) and then click on edit options. Its the first item you can edit. :0)
