I am sorry that you are having such difficulties understanding the MRI. I think they purposefully word it to leave us more confounded and confused then before. We just know our back hurts but we want to know why and can it be fixed. Here is the general short hand answers that I found for your questions. I am not a doctor but I hope that this helps.

The spondylosis is degenerative osteoarthritis in the center of your spinal vertebrae.

The second one means that the nerves have less space then what they are used to.

The left paracentral L1-2 is your herniated disc leaking nucleus material into the left central portion of the spinal canal. Usually heals on its own.
