I had shoulder surgery 3 months ago, it was to get bone spur and clean out debris and shave bone down, cartlidge worn out. It was 3 incisions to do surgery.
As soon as the sling came off I developed frozen shoulder. I have been going to PT for 4 weeks which is so painful. I have lower range movement but can't get arm above head and zero backwards motion. Can't reach my back period.
I was told by my doctor about manipulation which I have read about, the "broken" arm chances are scary.
I would like to know if you just let it alone will it eventually go away on its own? I go to PT twice a week now, I do exercises 2 and 3 times a day at home. I am so tired, running on empty. Hard to sleep, pain pills, etc. Does manipulation fix it? Or just time? HELP...
Thanks for any advice, much appreciated.
