Thrush? GERD? Throad/chest/neck pain?

I see my PCP in 7 days, but this is bugging me.  I'm posting here instead of GERD because the first symptom I felt was pain, and it seemed to start this cycle after my hospital admission, an allergic reaction to po abx after long term iv abx.  It's been a journey since, where I'm totally off abx but with such a long history....plus I wear dentures, doesn't help the "stuck in throat" and "gag" thing at all.  I can't tell causation or effect, or even relevancy.  I'm leaving that to my doc.

I thought this was a side effect of the Baclofen, but I dunno.  What I DO know is 7 days feels like a long ways away.  (I just saw her last week).  This is getting tiring.

It started mildly 3 weeks ago, with pain I thought was chest pain, but it came and went and wasn't bothersome. Then 2 weeks ago I started getting very bloated, and the reflux started. This past week I started taking Zantac because I can really feel the physical reflux, the acid comes up, it's, well you know. And today I was looking at my tongue and saw these bumps towards the back of my tongue heading down the throat, red and white,...

I've had GERD before, and I've had thrush before, and it never occurred to me if there might be one or the other going on, or even both. I came off a long bout of antibiotics, and I've been off for 3 weeks. I think. But it started right when they stopped the antibiotics (which they had to because I had an allergic reaction to the oral meds after four days once they stopped the IV meds, a rapid spike in fever and joints locking up). I've been "recovering" slowly ever since, and I didn't know if this is related.

It didn't occur to me until today (after a few days on the reflux med and really super investigating my tongue/throat).

Of course my doc will look, but...it's either acid eroding my throat/tongue, or maybe thrush, or something else I'm not even thinking of.
