Greetings,
Wanted to share a sure way to keep a pain patch on, this was researched endlessly before I switched from Butrans to Fentenayl. Find a high place on body that won't wrinkle and where you do not sweat a lot, all of us are different.clean area with alcohol, yes alcohol. Then make sure hands are washed, then use a paper towel to clean site with water only. Let dry completely. You can put the patch on by lifting oneside put on skin and pull off 2nd little strip of film hold down litterlly count to 30 slowly. Get Temdermal tape put right over patch, these are breathable. If you chose the right spot and take these steps, don't even risk getting them wet if you can help hit, and mos def stay out of the heat! Period. Once one won't stick were out of luck for next 3 days, in pain and sick. Doing it right, taking the time...life will be easier for us. Its already very stressful to have chonic pain and what we have to face if we are short just one patch is not worth. We can't afford to experiment.
Remember finding your spot less movement less sweaty is the key. And always no matter what use the tape.
I Am Thanking God that my research paid off. Not much more frustration I could take.
