Sorry guys I should have noticed with Tina extremely busy and Susie having an appointment yesterday I was free to do check in and didnt!

So here it is a day late but nevertheless important.

This is the place to stop in and say hi, give us a rundown on what's happening in your life this week. Appointments,tests, surgery, or anything important to you that you care to share.

Hopefully everyone will have a great week and prayers to QT this morning as she heads to surgery. Rocck, Char, still battling problems. Barbara whose foots still in cast.Those are the few off the top of my head and the reason were doing check in.

I am in a pain spike right now but I am excited because tomorrow we get our stuff in the new apartment and I am out of my "lovely"mother in laws place. So I will take the good with the bad. Though I will be the one doing most the work because hubby is at work and I will just be getting off.

Hi everyone. I've been sick. I've had "D" and tummy troubles going on three weeks now, it is FINALLY starting to slow down (knock on wood). I've also been vomiting for about a week and a half, haven't been able to eat, keep anything down. Nothing. I've finally stopped throwing up on Monday though, and I was finally able to eat something yesterday. I've lost about 25 pounds in these 3 weeks, also I haven't missed not one day at work either, which might be part of the reason its taken so long to get over this.

I am finally starting to feel human again. But i know I'm going to gain the weight back, shoot I haven't been at this weight since I was 25! LOL.

Other than that, same old - same old.

I knew you were busy with school and Susie had a appointment but I hung around here all day yesterday and must've not known what world I was in!

Im going to take a jab at WB, I saw you here too and you didnt say anything!! You could have reminded me friend! Lol

Boy do I have an update. A couple of weeks ago, I called to get my Fentanyl patch refilled. They send them to the pharmacy. The pharmacy says they got the patch, but not the oxycodone, so I called the doctor's office. The head nurse called me, and said that they were both put in the envelope, because she was the one that mailed them off. I said ok. I called the pharmacy, and they told me again that the oxycodone wasn't in there. They told me I had to come and pick the new scripts up at their pharmacy there in the building. I never picked it up, because I didn't have a way to. I took what I had here at home. I don't always take the 2 that I'm allowed, so I had some.

Well, it turns out that my doctor and here assistant were on vacation, and the one that wrote my Fentanyl patch script only wrote for 5 for two weeks. I said ok. That will work.

Now come to two weeks later. I called last Wednesday I think it was to get more patches.. I called yesterday to see if the pharmacy had the scripts, and they didn't, so I said ok. Today I called again, and the lady told me the oxycodone was there, but not the Fentanyl patches. I was like oh boy, here we go again. I called the doctor's office, and was put on hold. The receptionist told me that the nurse put them both in the envelope. She said they would do what they can on their end. By this time, I'm really angry. I called the pharmacy, and the lady that answered said " Well, your doctor can call us", and hung up. Then I was really mad. I called the doctor's office after I had calmed down a bit. The receptionist told me the nurse called, and they found the script.

I'm really relieved to have my patches now, but I'm still ready to ask the pharmacist if they really know what they're doing. Whew, what a day.

I don't have any appointments this week. I hope everyone is having a low pain day.

Well, my week hasn't started off to great and seems to be sliding down hill rapidly. I've felt so sick today, I'm so very weak can barely stand up.

Spoke with my pulmonary Doctor and I'm headed to the hospital in the morning. We hope that my hemoglobin is just really LOW. If so she'll make sure my Oncologist is contacted and I get blood tomorrow.

She did say however, it could be that I've got pneumonia going on and am getting worse. She wants to see what my white count is and my chest x-ray results. She really doesn't want to put me on antibiotics but we will have to wait and see.

The third worry is that I've developed a good size pericardial effusion and I've got a fair amount of fluid around my heart. My EKG will show that pretty quickly. I've had many of these, a few that have required hospital stays for me. Sure hoping that's not the case here, but hubby helped me shower tonight in case I'm admitted tomorrow.

I actually think it's that I need blood. I'm feeling very much like I did the first time I ever needed blood. At that time my hemoglobin was 8.2. If it's not that then I know it's going to be fluid around my heart. I really only feel this bad and sweat this bad when either of these two things happen. I mean going to the kitchen this morning for something to eat my hair was wet like I'd just taken a shower.

Will leave very early for the hospital. I will take my iPad with me, will update when I know more of whats going on inside of me. Hope you all have a good rest of the week. Those that are having a tough time, you'll be remember in my prayers tonight.
