Ok, gang, it is Monday, you know the drill. Tell us how your weekend went & how you survived it. Anyone have any big plans for the week ahead that they want to share.

I just got back from having my pump refilled so I am good for another month. Have an appt with the PCP tomorrow for a bad sinus infection. Ragweed is at an all time high right now & a killer for me. Our winters are so mild that nothing gets killed out & its tough for those of us with allergy problems. I feel like I have a bubble head.

Sorry to hear about the sinus issues. I take fluctonase religiously for my sinus issues.

Decent day...

Planning a week long trip up north. Start the 17 hour drive Friday morning. Fun fun!

Hey Susie.It's beautiful outside.Lows around 40 and highs around 70 all week.Just blew the leaves off the driveway.10 minutes and I had to come in and lay down because my back was giving out.

Started taking Oxycontin yesterday morning and I can already tell that my overall mood is better.It works very well on pain relief and I feel like a light has come on in my head .

I think the Nucynta was putting me in a very dark state of depression and now the cloud is gone.

Ok great Susie and thanks!! Im glad your pump refill went good and my refill went good too!! Lol boy that was ridiculous!! Anyway nothing new hear and we're still in the 80/70s high and low here in Florida! Expected, all the bikers have returned to their parts of the world until March anyway! No appointment this week so hydropool here I come!

Hopefully everyone with upcoming appts and procedures get good results and the rest have at least some low pain days!

I had my regular PM visit today. Some might recall that his PA treated me poorly last time. This time, I saw the PM doc himself -- first time in maybe 8 months.

He is far more easy to get along with -- treats me with respect, listens, allows for discussion, etc.. So, all went well. We're staying with 2 BT meds (Tramadol in the AM and Oxy in the PM) along with Tramadol ER.

I then filled my scripts at Sams Club for the first time... they were professional, quick, and cheap!

My weekend was the same ole same ole. It was much better than earlier in the week before I get my fentanyl patch.

I saw my counselor today, and that's the only appointment I have this week.

I hope everyone is having a low pain evening.

Upset on Saturday was feeling good enough to get out and at Kohl's was looking in the jewelry department for a cross, and the lady never came over to help and the manager came over to give her a break when I was going to ask for a price on a gold cross, left the store upset and wrote to them. I guess my cane make me more invisible than I knew...or I was being ignored, even hubby was frustrated...
Thursday is Neurologists appointment hopefully to go over the mri's...my first neck mri with contrast, so will see what that shows...

Saturday was when we returned home from the cruise, was so beat, that the 3 hour plus drive was a real ordeal, but least this time, traffic was reasonably and no bumper to bumper backups.

Sunday, made it to church, and then we had to deal with unpacking and laundry. Oldest and grand kids came over for dinner, they brought it all prepared for us.

Today, Monday, had many errands to run, plus had to sit in on a legal meeting. Ended up needing a serious nap. Youngest son and girlfriend came over for dinner, I fixed spaghetti.

Tomorrow, PT time, don't usually do that on Tuesdays, and have to sit in still another legal meeting, and then get my meds refilled.

The rest of the week, still have some catching up to do, and haven't mowed my yard in a month now, but this should be the last time for this season for me. May be the last time ever, as planning to cease mowing starting next season, getting to be too much for me, even with a garden tractor. Even that pounds my back too much.

Today was a "normal" CP day for me, for which I was thankful.
