I'm still hurting 6 months after
My total hip replacement due to
Avascular necrosis. And I'm also
Having a lot of lower back pain
Too. Sometimes it feels better
When I walk. Sometimes not.I have
Been sitting for long periods of time
Does anyone else have these problems
Or any advise would be appreciated

Hi Chad and welcome to the CP forum! So sorry to hear of your problems and we all here certainly understand pain.

For me Im lucky enough to have access to a hydropool and that's my greatest pain reliever!

Have they recommended anytype of therapy?

Im sure others will be around to give you some helpful hints and welcome you to HW.
