I got my mammogram today, and it didn't hurt any. I was shocked as all the others have hurt like mad. This is the first time that I had it done at a place where they do MRIs, CTs, etc. I won't go anywhere else from now on. I was really nervous about getting it done because of the pain that it always causes.

I was talking to the receptionist, and she said that the lady that did it came highly recommended.

I hope everyone is having as low pain as is possible.

Hey Loretta,

I've never heard anyone said a mammogram didn't hurt before. This is a first. I'm glad it didn't pain though. Hope the results are okay.

I was told to take a tylenol before mine and it did help, but my collar bone still got a good squeeze. Prayers that you get good results...

I'm with UA.  I've never heard of them not hurting before.  Wow, sounds like you got a great tech.  That's half the battle right there!

Thank you UA, Chartreaux and Merrida. I was really surprised myself. I've been getting them for 8 years, and they always hurt really bad.

That's great, Loretta.

My wife just had her's done, and she complained about how much it hurt for days after. Glad to know there's a way to do it without so much pain.
