Lots of PM's use an answering service after hours and on the weekends, so it sounds like there was just a note in the system to call you.
They probably want you to have a driver because they expect to make a significant adjustment to the meds in your pump, and they want you to get home safely.
By not taking any other pain relieving agents, they'll have a truer idea of where your pain is at, which will give them a better chance of getting the pump adjustment right.
Definitely nothing to worry about :)
