Monday check in

Moved and naturally over did this weekend. Resulting in a horrible hip and leg pain, have no hip issues I'm aware of. Call to Dr this morning so not sure where this is going!

Sitting in a mountain of boxes that won't be getting unpacked just yet!!

It looks nice out, but it's only 10 degrees. I can't go out. Just opening the door for Autumn, the cat who moved in, hurts so bad even with long johns under my jeans. The sun is uplifting though, so I can smile.

Well that "cold" (I'm just going to use that word because, sheesh, that sucker has travelled all around my respiratory system) that I thought I got through has decided to pay another vengeance, this time to both Hubby and myself. (He doesn't make a very good cold-recipient).

Back come the coughing episodes (starting at 2 am) and lack of sleep and inhalers and zinc lozenges and Ricola cough drops....

If there is any possible way, however remote, to get some type of electrostatic shock in this dry weather, my body has been a magnet. Every time I turn on a light fixture,...make the bed,....pet the dog. Ouch.

Wednesday I get XRays to get a baseline on position for my rad therapy, and Thursday begins my daily treatment for 6.5 weeks.

I saw my PM doc this morning. It confirms,....I am so not a morning person.

Going to PT this afternoon. Thank God.

And my doggie has been acting all goofy these past few days. I wonder what he's picking up on.....

I have a pm doctor on Thursday and I'm so hoping that he can give me an in office injection for my neck/shoulder pain, if I had to wait any longer I might lose it...it's been so very hard for me and it's affecting all aspects of my world...need some relief soon...sorry if I've been mean to anyone this past week, hubby said some mean things to me on Saturday and we went looking at Diamonds because it was hurtful...going to get something over 1/4 Carat...even if it goes on layaway...Maybe we could ask the mods here to start a what's the best joke you've heard thread, that would be nice...

Here's my weekly rant about them sticking me in the sciatic nerve.Day 33 and no sign of it fading.

They act like it's no big deal.It happens.It'll go away.

My life has been altered,profoundly,since that "procedure".

On a brighter note I saw my PCP last week.He writes 5 refills of everything so I haven't seen him since August.

He  told me he would write me a referral if I found another Pain Management.

I hope y'all are having more good days than bad ones.A little sleet in N.E. AL today.

If we get much the State closes.
