It is rare for me to say this but I am having a great 3rd day. Yes I have pain (2-3) which is excellent for me when my pain is usually around 6-8 on a daily basis. My PM had a compound cream made for me and I had my doubts about
it. I received it last Thursday and I have used it on my back, arm, shoulders and my left leg. I did not think it was going to work. For me to say this, the cream is great. I also think that the backbrace that was customized to me has also helped alot. Today I am actually going to go shopping by myself and have lunch with the girls which is something that I have not done in months. I am not going to over do it. I know my limits. I also found out that the kids are coming for a visit in June. I will finnally met my grand daughter of 18 mos. There is so much to do. Don't worry I will not over do it. I have about
6 weeks to get everything done. So a little at a time will do it.
I have an appointment with my PM this week to discuss injections without steroids.
