Just a quick question regarding methylpred 4mg.

Husband given this today about 3pm for really bad bronchial infection. May he take the 6 pills designated for first day all at one time just to get in the 6 today since it is nearly 5pm?

How is the rx written? I know some steroids you do take them all at once.
