Sry, kind of wrong spot to post this but this is the best forum that people respond to.

So I have hypothyroidism Hashimotos. Possibly graves since my symptoms fluctuate from too high to too low. I've had bad problems with food getting stuck in my throat. Then simple tiny meds get stuck, then liquid gets stuck & today it feels so swollen that I can't really breath. My endocrinologist wont do an ultra sound on my thyroid. I am convinced I have nodules he said he couldn't feel them. But I was reading that sometimes you can't feel them. I am so scared.

Sunny, yeah I think my husband & I are going to get a second opinion from the next endocrinologist near us, which is about 45 min- an hour away. On the anxiety question. Sometimes I do. I use to have it really bad but then was on this med that's suppose to help my condition & now I don't need to take it anymore. Every now & then I'll still get anxiety but it's bearable/manageable.

Being diabetic I know all too well what it is like dealing with endocrinologist. So far I have fired 3 of them, all for being jerks and thinking they know everything.

I have had better luck dealing with primary care physicians that endos.
