I have had foot pain that doctors cannot seem to diagnose and treat. Initially, it was treated as PF with no improvement. I did stretching, had custom orthotics made, taping, etc. I never had initial morning pain when getting out of bed. The longer I stand or walk, the more my feet hurt! I start my day with no foot pain and sleep uninterrupted but if I'm on my feet more than 10 minutes, they begin to ache and eventually become a more intense burning pain throughout both feet. Even after sitting, the pain lingers. I have been diagnosed with PF, neuropathy, and possible tarsal tunnel. One med that brings me partial relief is Tramadol. I've had multiple nerve blocks, neuromodulation and a spinal cord stimulator has been recommended. I've had two nerve tests that came back negative for neuropathy. I'm 35 years old and otherwise healthy but this pain has really affected my life. The only other med that helped some was Lyrica, but I also gained 20 pounds over 3 months on it. I'm at my wits end and don't know what else to do. I feel crazy and have thoughts that this is all in my head. Any ideas? Please help!
