Hi....
I'm 41, M, don't smoke, don't drink a lot, walk everyday and run weekly. I sleep on foam mattress (which is on top of other mattress)
I have the most intense chest pain when lying down in bed
This pain ONLY appears after 4/5 hours asleep
It's not possible to force a burp while lying down
It's difficult to take a deep breath lying down
The pain is concentrated on my upper left side, around my chest and through to my back
I've taken a ECG, the heart is fine
I've been on inflammation tablets for a week, no difference.
Once I get up and start moving around the pain reduces and then disappears
Does anyone have any suggestions on what this could be?
Thanks,
