All CP members take note

Thanks to bnotafraid a wonderful mod from another forum here at HW the thread for ACDF post op needs is now in its entirety in the blue sticky CP 101 thread at the top of the forum page. This is however a locked thread so it can't be posted too but if anything new is brought to Susie and I's attention we will gladly add it.

This keeps us from having to bump it or have new folks searching for it and many users that come to HW read the thread and never post as well as guests that never join so we reach far more than we ever know.

Thanks to everyone for their input on the thread and for providing all the useful information.

Hey Vickie, great note.................. Kudos to "bnotafraid" for taking the time to put it up on the sticky board. That was a great thread with a lot of input from so many members. I enjoyed reading it.
