Feel like I hit my breaking point pain wise

I try not to complain and try to push through the pain as much as possible. But yesterday I decided it would be a great idea to go walking with my fiancé and Coco Bella, I should have known better. Today I can barely move and it feels like my limbs are on fire, Nevermind the pulsing pain I have been feeling. I can handle a lot but I don't know how much more I can take. And to make matters worse I just found out my insurance won't reimburse me for the wheelchair since I don't have an "official diagnosis" sorry to rant today just isn't a good day.

You are learning your limits....... Take note as to when you were starting to hurt when you were enjoying your day. This way you can limit yourself to that time schedule. Hopefully next time you will not have such a bad day after.

Um, wait a minute...what did your doctor write when he ordered the wheelchair? Sounds like you need to call his office and get this straightened out. Doctors don't order durable medical equipment on a whim!

I know we do things that we pay for later. Try to focus on the enjoyment you got with your fiancé instead of the pain afterward.

I hope things calm down quickly and you can take another shorter walk soon!

I bought the wheelchair myself out of pocket but my insurance said I would be reimbursed, not sure what the dr put down. I thought I had a diagnosis but today was told differently.
